LuAnn Nigara joined Window Works in 1983. She expanded the company product line from hard window treatments to include specialty draperies, upholstery, carpet and wall coverings. LuAnn is also responsible for managing the care of professional designers and their clients.

Vin Nigara is the founding partner of Window Works. He opened the business in 1982 and since then has managed the growth and development of our company. Recognized as an industry leader, Vin has served on advisory boards for Window Works Inc, Decorating Den, Hunter Douglas, and Durasol. In addition to shop at home sales for interior and exterior treatments, he also designs the marketing plans for Window Works.

Bill Campesi joined Window Works in 1984. Since then he has installed literally thousands of draperies, blinds, shades and shutters. Often he has been called on to train installers for other window treatment companies. He has completed the Nanik Shutter Certification as well as Somfy’s Motorization Certification.

Carlos joined Window Works in 2007. In addition to installing interior hard treatments he is also our lead awning installer. He and his team install approximately 600 awnings each season. Carlos has also completed Somfy’s Motorization Certification.

Anne Blanchard joined Window Works in 2008, moving here from Michigan. She is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Window Works Team to our valued customers. Anne schedules shop at home appointments and installations and she also maintains the entire order flow system.

Kimberly Serafim is an Interior Designer who first joined Window Works in 2008 and we are so fortunate she came back to us in 2012. Kim graduated from Marymount University, Virginia with a BA in Interior Design. She is responsible for larger project management and is our resident “fabric savant” with a particular skill in fabric and color coordination.
